seriousness and honesty, absence of or hypocrisy.

Discretion:

The ability to behave without causing embarrassment or attracting too much attention, especially by keeping information secret.

Physical or mental activity needed to achieve something.

Integrity: 

The quality of being honest and having strong moral principles that you refuse to change.
